FAQ: Navigating Services Australia

On 21st December 2022, Services Australia presented a walk-through of the PRODA / HPOS system for GPSA’s members. The below FAQ document was prepared from the information provided in that webinar, but we note the described processes have needed further clarification and indeed modification since the start of training under the Colleges in February 2023.
