FAQ: Navigating Services Australia

This FAQ resource provides guidance on navigating Services Australia for practice supervisor payments, clarifying common questions related to eligibility and processes. It aims to simplify the steps for GP supervisors to ensure they can access the relevant funding and support efficiently

On 21st December 2022, Services Australia presented a walk-through of the PRODA / HPOS system for GPSA’s members. The below FAQ document was prepared from the information provided in that webinar, but we note the described processes have needed further clarification and indeed modification since the start of training under the Colleges in February 2023. Please refer to the above infographics for updated advice, noting that these are provided in a printable format here along with relevant training modules.
