Goal: To ensure revenues are diversified and secure to achieve our vision, long term goals and strategic direction

Strategic Pillar 2: Impactful Supervision

Goal: To cultivate excellence and sustainability in Australian Primary Healthcare by providing education, resources, research and standards in supervision within General Practice.

Strategic Pillar 3: Robust Advocacy and Engagement

Goal: To be recognised as the lead organisation for General Practice supervision through effective advocacy and engagement strategies

Strategic Pillar 4: Organisational Effectiveness

Goal: The organisation has the right governance structures, leadership and culture to deliver long term organisational success and growth.

Strategic Pillar 5: Operational Excellence

Goal: To ensure work practices and services are modernised, and that the workplace culture is aligned with the strategy.
