Frank has been a GP and practice owner in a group practice for 34 years. For twenty of these years he has been a GP supervisor.
With a strong interest in vertical integration of training, Frank has successfully run a practice with medical students, nursing students, interns, RMOs and registrars, demonstrating the benefits of near-peer multi-level learning in increasing interesty and participation in general practice.
"The health of all Australians is dependent upon quality primary care which requires well trained, appropriately supported and remunerated GPs. The key to this is the quality of our training programs which require support and funding that has been sadly lacking for too long."
