GPSA concerned about impact of Queensland payroll tax ruling on GP training

Article in the Medical Republic reports GPSA’s rapid member survey on the Queensland payroll tax ruling shows urgent Commonwealth intervention is needed for the future of GP training.

Many practices will stop taking on registrars if required to pay the ~5% tax, according to a survey by the GP supervisors’ body.
